Healthy food for beautiful skin

For proper skin care one should required a healthy diet enriched of almonds, proteins, carbohydrates,vitamins and drink lot of water to improve elasticity of skin.



We all want to have a beautiful glowing natural look. It adds feathers to the cap of our personality. But it is very important to take care of skin health so that it can be more glowing and radiant for a longer period of time. The environmental pollution really has a bad effect on the skin the human skin. Mostly the severity of the UV rays can cause a great harm to the skin.


In these circumstances, it is important to eat a healthy diet as the diet has a great contribution the skin health. Given below are some of food items that are to be made the part of diet of the healthy skin.


Almonds:  

Almonds are known for the anti-aging properties. Almonds are very good source of vitamin E and fatty acids which keep the skin supple. A small amount of almonds of almond oil is to be included in the diet for a good health.



Proteins:


The proteins are essential for the body as they repair the damaged tissues. Deficiency of proteins can cause the dry and dull skin can cause scalp. It is very important, mostly for the pure vegetarians to plan their diet in a manner that it contains a lot of protein rich food items such as Soya beans, cheese, grains peas milks and beans. Chess made with the toned milk is very good source of protein. The dairy products contain bacteria which keep the intestines clean and give a healthy and natural glow to the skin. Yogurt is a very good source of protein and should be included in the food.

Carbohydrates:


Brown sugar and honey are good source of carbohydrate which helps to purify the blood and cleanse the toxins from the body. It is better to avoid the use of sugar and refined flour as these items supply only empty calories without providing any health benefits. The sugar can cause problems for the skin and it will increase the formation of acne, so it is better to avoid the use of sugar.


Vitamins:


The proper amount of vitamins is to be included in the diet to maintain a healthy skin with a natural glow. Especially vitamin A, C, E and B complex are very crucial for the healthy skin. Vitamins prevent the skin from the effects of aging and reduce the wrinkles and the fine lines.


Fiber:


Fiber rich food is very important for the natural glow of the skin. It increases the digestion of indigestible carbohydrates and makes it easy for the body to get maximum nutrients from the food.


Water:


Water is one of the essential elements for beautiful skin. It increases the moisture effect in the skin. Mostly in the summer season drinking a lot of water is very important for the skin health. Drinking 1 to 1.5 liter of water in a day is good habit and contributes a lot in providing the healthy skin.

The above mentioned food items are very crucial for the health of the skin and one should make efforts to include these items in regular diet.
