Basic Skin Care

The complete care of skin is depend on type of skin. Different skin require different products but simple skin care needs cleansing, toners and moisturizing daily.


The care of your skin depends on the type of your skin. The products will be selected according to the type of your skin. The basic skin care practice includes three simple steps. Daily skin care requires only ten minutes and these three simple steps. These steps are as follows:-

Cleansing:-

Cleaning is the most important part of the basic skin care because it helps us in removing the dead skin cells from surface of skin. It will also remove the dirt and dust the stifle the skin pores. It dust is not cleaned then it block the skin pores. It provides the glow and shine to our skin.

Natural and Soap Cleaners:-
Skin experts advised to avoiding soap because it has high pH and it dry the human skin and also diminish the life expectancy of skin. Soap that has high pH will eliminate the acid mantle of skin as well as dry the skin.
A good skin cleanser can be made by natural products. These natural product includes vegetable oils like coconut oil, water combined with sebum. It allows to rinsed and dissolved away. Water in these natural cleansers dissolves the dirt. These cleansers are effective and safe and have low pH. Natural cleanser provides the needed minerals for the skin.

Facial Scrubs:-
Facial scrubs clean the skin surface and remove the dead skin cells and dirt mechanically. For best results you should use the facial scrub having mild abrasive. Some of the scrubs that contain fine sand, silica, almond shells, walnuts or apricots are also good for skin cleansing.

Toners:-

By using cleanser remove grime, more makeup and cellular debris. Toners also strip the skin of their protective shield. Toners, astringents and fresheners restore the balance of pH of your skin. It also helps you in remaining makeup, soap film and oily cleanser.
You should apply the toner after cleaning the skin thoroughly that has astringent affect. It will tight your skin and close the pores and also save your skin from several toxins floating in polluted air.
There is a wide range of toners in available in the market. You should choose these products carefully for your skin. You shouldn’t use toners having alcohol. It dries and harms the collagen under the skin surface. You should use toners that contain herbals such as honey, lemon, witch hazel, ivy, nettle, sage, and burdock. Essential oils and herbal tea are also the gentle toner for your skin.


Moisturizing:-

Water is a secret constituent for dewy and fresh skin. Good moisturizing results a supple and soft skin, and provides a healthy glow to your skin. Moisturizers prevent your skin from chapping and drying and slow aging process.
Drinking six glass water daily and taking fluid rich vegetables and fruits will normalize the oily and dry conditions of your skin. Along with the internal liquid your skin also requires some external replenishing of water. Humectants or moisturizers attract moisturizer for your skin surface. Younger skin needs only light conditions but older skin requires some special nourishing treatments.

A wide range of moisturizer you can buy ranging from very expansive to cheaper. These moisturizers include rose water, vegetable glycerin, jojoba oil, sorbitol, vitamin E, honey, iris and aloe Vera.
