Why You Need a Portable Massage Chair

Whether inside your office or out, a good portable massage chair is a vital piece of equipment for any massage therapist. It would not only impress your clients and boost your business but would also allow you to other social contributions.

Starting and setting up a massage centre is no easy affair. Be it training or the equipments all are expensive. A relatively economical option worth considering is the portable massage chair at your convenience. Here are few other points to validate this choice.

Inside Your Office

Some people may find it uncomfortable to lie on a table while someone else touches and works on your body. In fact many cases have come up wherein, clients have been sexually abused or raped. A portable massage chair is indeed a comfortable option in such a condition where you needn't undrape yourself, all you need to do is sit comfortably on the chair while you work on their shoulders, neck, hands, and feet.

A portable massage chair is also comfortable for the clients who cannot climb onto the table or lie down comfortably. A client with lung disease, for instance, might become too short of breath lying on his or her back or stomach. A very obese client might have difficulty climbing onto the table and lying flat could be uncomfortable.

Keeping a portable massage chair in your office would definitely impress the clients about the convenience options available.

Outside Your Office

Often enterprising massage therapists go to their clients to offer their services. You might land a gig going to a business and giving back, neck, and shoulder massages to office staff. If you're giving several quick mini-massages in a row, it is less time consuming to make the client comfortable on a portable massage chair than to have them stretch out on a table.

Taking the portable massage chair and station themselves in public areas (with proper prior permission), like the entrance to a busy mall or on a well-traveled walkway, would definitely attract tired paddlers. The clients will often cheerfully shell out $15-$25 for a quick massage.

It is appreciable to be a part of the volunteer activities to support a good cause for the community cause. Bring your portable massage chair to an Alzheimer's fund-raising walk or a marathon to raise money for underprivileged kids and offer free ten-minute massages.
